Inclusion Paradox Sighting: Monday, October 11 Is National Coming Out Day

The Human Rights Campaign has been in the news quite a bit these past few months. A few weeks ago they released their 2009 Corporate Equality Index results measuring the inclusiveness toward LGBT employees in hundreds of corporate organizations.  This past weekend President Barack Obama delivered a keynote address at their annual dinner where the President vowed to repeal the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy in the U.S. military. And for National Coming Out Day they have created a series of “Conversations from the Heart” with real people — parents, ministers, teachers, and others talking about LGBT issues with those who are LGBT.
