For several years we have successfully had dozens of pairings of leaders who are culturally different from each other participate in this transformative change learning experience. Through the process they have been learning how, in the spirit of the inclusion paradox, to constructively call out differences.

Andrés Tapia is President of Diversity Best Practices, the preeminent diversity and inclusion thinktank and consultancy.
